Service Description

Before any recommendations or repairs are made, we will conduct an analysis to determine the specific problem.

Our procedure begins with as interior inspection to determine past leakage patterns as well as unusual building use or design. On the roof we will complete our visual inspection by noting defects on roof.

We will take photographs of problem areas with accompanying explanations. A roof layout drawing can also be made to showing problem areas.

We can then, based on our findings, make accurate recommendations for repair or replacement.
